Her next position was with a restaurant where she supervised 20 employees, trained employees and made operational decisions for the restaurant owners.

Most recently, Ms. Breaux served as a contract administrator for a large construction corporation. As the administrator, she developed service/warranty department tracing systems and reporting procedures, including manuals. In addition, she was a direct liaison to the client where she was responsible for change orders, material costing and labor costing.
