Case Study: Hoch-Shananan Dining Commons, Harvey Mudd College


A complete new kitchen and dining room to serve students on a meal plan and cash-paying customers. The project consists of a complete full-service kitchen with refrigerated rooms, dry storage, food preparation, lite baking, food serving, and ware washing. Commercial Kitchen Design prepared all the equipment and serving equipment documents from schematic design to the completion of the construction.


Case Study: Silverado High School Culinary Arts

A CTE educational facility that trains culinary students to become employees in the hospitality industry. Everything from food handling to food sanitation is tough, including HACCP plan training. The facility replicates real-life work experiences in a commercial kitchen from food preparation, cooking, baking, to ware washing, including serving food to real paying customers.
